Design Trends for 2019
The new year is almost upon us! Are you ready for 2019?
The end of the year is always a time to reflect on the what’s already came to be, and also a time to anticipate what’s to come. So, let’s take a look at some of the coolest home interior design trends that will be taking over 2019.
Pantone Color of 2019
Pantone’s color of the year, Living Coral, is a brighter, warmer contrast to last year’s Ultra Violet. It is considered an “animated and life-affirming coral hue… that energizes and enlivens with a softer edge.”
Concrete Kitchen Countertops
Not only are concrete countertops sleek and stylish, they’re durable, long-lasting, easy to maintain, and heat resistant!

Gone are the safe monotone cool grays of 2018. 2019 is going bold with rich jewel tones.
The Gallery Wall
This trend started in 2018 and it’s moving in full force into 2019. Personalize your decor with a gallery of family photos, favorite photos, paintings, anything you want! Above the couch, in the entryway, up the stairs, in a hallway — a gallery wall fills a large empty wall and helps warm a space up.
The Classic Kitchen
Over the years, kitchens have gone through quite the transformation. The late 90’s/early 2000’s were all about the dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and Tuscan-style decor. Now, it’s back to basics. 2019 is bringing minimalism, contrasting colors, and mixed finishes.
